Coming to your Senses is a book that helps you return to a state of being that is more grounded and centered by practicing self care. The trifecta of self care is a monitoring of your physical, emotional and spiritual well being as well as practicing strategies to promote a healthy balance in your life. Self care is a means to come back to your senses and to be reinvigorated when you’re drained by everyday life! It’s about expanding and growing as a human being, about a metamorphosis of the spirit. By examining where you are at currently in the trifecta of self care and to incorporate some of these practices into your life you can grow and heal.

This book is a recipe for better living. It is about coming to your senses and awakening from the drudgery of everyday life that has you spinning your wheels in the mud to seeing and feeling your own aliveness and the aliveness of the universe around you. Over millennia humankind has had a very recent shift away from beingness into doing. And for all that we’ve accomplished, we’re out of balance. Out of balance between the natural world and modern living. Our ancestors were much more in tune with the natural world around them.

The trifecta that we explore in this book concerning the mind, body and spirit discusses topics such as tantric sex, the Vagus nerve, Zen stories, cosmic consciousness, a 5 step process for examining your thinking, relationship strategies and more!
