वे लोग जो अहंकार और माया में बंधे होते हैं, वे सोचते हैं कि आज मैंने यह प्राप्त किया है और यह मेरी इच्छा के अनुसार मिलेगा। वे मानते हैं कि भविष्य में भी उनके पास अधिक धन और भौतिक सुख-संसाधन होंगे, क्योंकि वे इसे अपने स्व बल और कुशलता का परिणाम मानते हैं।
