The title comes from an observation of all the material thatis out there on YouTube channels, literature and friendly archers offering different advice. It can be quite an overload at times.

My advice is to stop, take a breath and remember what works for one person may or may not work for you. Everyone is different and is why there is so many different bow styles out there.
