元禄年間の大学者、荻生宗衛門徂徠の若き日の物語。学問で身を立てようと江戸に出てきた徂徠だったが、学問一筋の貧乏暮らし。食べるものにも事欠く日々の中、豆腐屋の七兵衛と知り合い、代金を出世払いにしてもらい飢えを凌いでいた。ところが、その七兵衛が火事で焼け出されてしまった。何もかもを失った七兵衛のところに、使いの者がやってくる… 「情けは人のためならず」善行は必ずわが身に帰ってくるという、落語でもおなじみの一席。一龍齋貞寿:昭和48年2月生。平成14年一龍齋貞心に師事。その後、舞台、イベントなどに多数出演。平成20年10月 二ツ目に昇進。平成21年より「講談紙芝居」の口演を開始。(C)2011 WING ENTERPRISE
