I didn’t know about the Essenes before, but I have always thought there should be a different truth from what Christianity declares. Now I can imagine Jesus as a calm, compassionate and good hearted person rather than a god figure, which means more to me. It makes me sadder when I think about crucifixion and his pain. I really recommend this book to all the people who want to know what happened to the earth in BC AD.
