But after talking with her friend Rob, who’s interested in helping the homeless, Sammy realizes there are people out there who need her help. She teams together with other residents to find a solution.
But not everyone in Sunny Cove is interested in helping the homeless. Some are worried that it will only encourage more bums to come to town, and others feel that efforts should be made for those who are trying their best to make it in the world. The protests break out in full force when one of the homeless men is found bludgeoned and the local financial advisor goes missing.
