あらすじ・解説

If you are a person who is considering coaching as a way to grow and improve your life, this book can help you because it is a compilation of many general problems that may come up for you throughout your coaching journey. At the end of each chapter is a few questions to solidify and consolidate the information in the chapter, it is the author's great wish that you answer these questions for yourself and perhaps even share them with your coach. The structure of the book is made in such a way that if you listen to it as a person considering coaching prior to starting with a coach, the level of your initial conversation could potentially grow exponentially by having listened to this prior, and you will gain much by having your start point be more advanced than coming in "blindly".

As a coach, the author created this book for you to be able to gauge where a perspective client is holding when they answer the questions and send that to you. The author has also used the book as a way to see if a potential client is currently ready for coaching, by challenging them to listen and answer the questions. You as the coach can use this book to level up the conversation from the get go and totally change the trajectory of the work you and your prospective client do together by starting at a higher point.
