あらすじ・解説
Archibald G. Brown (1855-1922) employs the power of contrast in this sermon. He uses the darkness of perdition to make the brightness of heaven appear all the more inviting, and he paints the blackness of hell in a darker hue by contrasting it with the glory of the saved. He admonishes the congregation to shun hell if it is a reality, and to seek heaven instead.
