This is a story about lan Butler and his life in the west circa 1870. His story starts at the age of 10 and he is thrust in to a hard life with the suicide of his father and with the trauma his mother endures he believes it best to head out in to the cold cruel world on his own.

Life is hard and ruthless at times; it is important to keep a positive outlook and move through it with your head and morals intact.
