I was not myself. I couldn't sleep outside of panic attacks, literally spiralled into this depression. I came home, like the most amazing thing I did was performed like 20,000 people in Trafalgar Square with the girls. And we had the best time, and we all said, like we had to call it. Everyone was like, it was getting to the point where it was ridiculous. I was such a positive, loving person all in my life, got to a stage where I couldn't even sleep, I couldn't talk, I couldn't laugh.
