089 - Neurodivergent and Empowered with Anna Granta

  • サマリー

  • Neurodivergent and Empowered! Anna Granta joins me this week to discuss ADHD, Autism/ASD, Dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions and the work she does to help adults uncover their strengths and thrive at work. We discuss the process of starting something new and getting okay with sucking as a beginner, connective thinking problem solving skills, and how to not pass our binary thinking on to our little ones. Anna owns Granta Coaching and works with individuals and groups using a mix of teaching and open coaching/exploration. She teaches people how their brain works best and strategies or tools that they can use in everyday situations, such as preparing for a difficult conversation. Her clients trust her and find her easy to talk to, so they are able to explore their changing identity and share their struggles as well as their successes. She reflects the best version of her clients back to them, celebrating their successes and stretching them to think critically about alternative actions/next steps. Welcome, Anna, to the Perinatal Podcast, and welcome back, Listeners! Find Anna! Website: https://www.grantacoaching.com/ Thanks so much for joining me for this episode of The Perinatal Podcast.
