15. A Sparkling Comeback! The Jewelry Podcast in The New York Times

  • サマリー

  • The Jewelry Podcast is back!

This time with my whitty friend Hanna Hellberg sharing the mike.

In this revival episode, we're sharing our thoughts about the podcast - what do we want it to be, why do we think the world needs a Jewelry Podcast, and

why are we so passionate about it?

Also, Cecilia is sharing the greatest moment so far in the podcast's history: when it was picked up in New York Times.

On November 21, 2023, an article was published in The New York Times called "Jewelry Podcasts Pick Up Some Glitter". There are five podcasts mentioned in the article, of which the Jewelry podcast is one of them.

The podcasts mentioned in the New York Times-article were:

The Jewelry Podcast (and the Swedish sister podcast Smyckespodden)

    Gem Pursuit

    Jewelry Journey

BAJ Podcast (British Academy of Jewelry Podcast)

    Enjoy!

    ⋅⋆⋄ ❀ ⋄⋆⋅⋆

The Jewelry Podcast was founded by jewelry designer Cecilia Kores in 2021. The first episodes were simply English translations of Cecilia's Swedish podcast Smyckespodden. The goal was, and still is, to share knowledge around fine jewelry and gemstones - and to inspire you to build the fine jewelry collection of your dreams. The Jewelry Podcast took a break during two years but was revived in Dec 2023.

If you like The Jewelry Podcast, remember that the best way to support the podcast is to share it with friends and family! And of course - to give it a rating in your podcast player. Thank you ♡
