Für die zweite Folge "Füchse der Wissenschaft" haben Sebastian und Jan die zwei Doktoranden Tobi und Simon aus der Uni Stuttgart eingeladen. Wie es sich im "Kessel" lebt, warum E. coli der ideale Mikroorganismus ist und was hinter dem Namen "MiMiCry" steckt, erfahrt ihr genau hier. Als Einleitung wird außerdem der grobe Ablauf einer Mikroorganismus Kultivierung erklärt und auf die Begriffe Upstream, Downstream und die einzelnen Teilschritte eingegangen.
