    • Want to have a happier, healthier relationship with food and themselves
    • Want to ditch never-ending ‘rules’ about how or what to eat and learn to listen for and honor their body’s internal (ie, forever) cues regarding hunger, fullness, satisfaction and more
    • Are fed up with putting everyone else’s needs (kids, spouse, work, etc.) ahead of their own and are ready to prioritize their own self-care
    • Are ready to stop battling their weight and start enhancing their wellbeing instead
