 My brother has taken us to court as we are guardians of his daughter and he now wishes to have visits. He refuses to sign an agreement that is very child centered and would allow her the choice to see him when she wishes. He instead wants to push and pressure her and his attorney even said that she will be traumatized and that's just going to happen. They don't realize they aren't dealing with a father who just lives his child - they are dealing with my brother, the controlling abuser.
