  • 'Jeremy Kyle' Era or Error
    2021/05/10

A former producer explained to The Daily Star : "An 'A' show would be a high conflict show – not physical, but something where it goes off, there's lots of storming around the studio, lots of heightened emotions, lots of shouting…when they come on and they are immediately kicking off.

"A 'D' would be low energy, low conflict, poor talkers who couldn't really express what they were trying to say."

That pretty sums it up... Enjoy :)

  • Jorja Smith 'The One'
    2021/05/03

In this episode I attempt to breakdown the beautifully written song by the amazing singer/songwriter Jorja Smith.

I quote Eckhart Tolle, Krishnamurti, the 'Tao-TE CHING' and more as well as reflect on my own experiences.

I don't claim to know what Jorja Smith meant in this song, this is simply my own interpretation of it, and how it applies to helping us navigate around this thing we call 'LOVE' and the many forms and relationships that surround it.

Also, there is a visual presentation of this episode on YouTube. https://youtu.be/sfegsl5MPcc

Please share and comment on what your views are of this song.

    Enjoy...

    Hey peeps

This episode discusses why The Rock (Dwayne Johnsons) famous quote, "it doesn't matter" it so applicable in the moments when we should regulate ourselves through the practice of mindfulness, or just being aware enough to not attach our thoughts to what's going on around us.

    Hope you enjoy family.
