So you've graduated, congrats you made it! But what now?

Statistics show that there is an increasing link between depression and declined mental health and the first few years after graduation and we think we know why!

Well we're almost 3 years into our 9-5 careers and we've had to learn A LOT the hard way.

Looking back, it's not fair how much is expected of us graduates compared to the LITTLE practical experience we've been given!

Is it that there's a big build up for a rather anti-climactic degree? Maybe you feel you chose the wrong thing? Or maybe you feel the industry you're passionate about doesn't pay very well until MUCH later down the line. So what do you do until then?!
