This is why it is important to establish boundaries in your relationship. Setting healthy boundaries in a relationship involves defining clear limits for how you interact with your partner, including physical, emotional, and social boundaries. It’s the structure or limitations within your relationship. It requires communicating your needs, expectations, and standards while also respecting your partner’s boundaries. The purpose is to ensure balance and trust in relationships.
