    In this episode of Set the Standard Saturday (corny as hell), I talk about raising personal standards and holding yourself to them. Most people start the week strong but fall apart by the weekend, throwing away their progress in the name of "balance." Instead of waiting for Monday to start, raise your standards today. Small, incremental changes—like cutting fast food from four times a day to twice a week—compound into massive transformation. Define your identity by your standards. If you commit to high standards long enough, you won’t even consider going back to your old ways. Set the standard, hold the line, and never drop below it.
