  • Daragh Morgan On: Mizen to Malin Run with a Pram, 13km Swims At Howth and other insane Endurance Challenges

    On this week's podcast episode, we welcome adventure athlete Daragh Morgan. From running across and up the country to BYUs to insane swims around Howth Head, Daragh has already compiled many insane endurance events and stories.

    We talk about his first marathon, a mental and physical endurance battle that baffled both Sean and Eric, his attempts to run from Galway to Dublin, and his getting to the final four of the Hellevation Backyard Ultra earlier in the year.

    Daragh talks about how he got the idea for a 13 km swim at Howth, his love for sea swimming, and the insane next challenge he's eyeing up.

    From there, we discuss his self-sustained run from Mizen Head to Malin Head, packing his supplies in a pram, the kindness offered by strangers, gate-crashing weddings, overcoming injuries and more incredible stories along his epic journey.
