    2025/06/01

We dig into Meta AI’s strategy of posting less, but better content—and why that matters in an algorithm-driven world. Katie explains how she uses her AI bestie as a co-collaborator to refine her voice, strengthen her ideas, and build platform-specific content that speaks directly to her audiences on X, IG, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Thriving with AI (Ep 2) I Went Viral on TikTok when ChatGPT Helped Me See What I Couldn’t in My Relationship
    2025/05/31

What happens when your most vulnerable moment becomes a viral catalyst for collective healing?

In this episode of Thriving with AI, I share the story behind my viral TikTok, “I broke up with my partner because ChatGPT didn’t like him.” This wasn’t just a breakup story—it became a mirror. A message that turned into a movement. I explore what it means when art, AI, and raw truth intersect… and how when a message resonates, it stops being yours alone and becomes a container for others to feel seen.

Joined by co-host and CX strategist Ambra Hubert, we discuss:

    • How AI can act as a mirror, coach, or “bestie” to help you process emotional truths
    • The surprising stories that flooded in after the video went viral
    • Why going viral is never really about the creator, but about the shared wound
    • How to use AI ethically in storytelling to build trust, empathy, and deeper connection

Whether you’re building a personal brand, processing heartbreak, or just curious about AI’s impact on emotional intelligence—this one’s for you.

  • Thriving in the AI Apocalypse — Let the Human Be Human, Let the Machine Be Machine (with Katie & Ambra)
    2025/05/30

Welcome to the first episode of Thriving in the AI Apocalypse, hosted by Katie and Ambra.

We open the series with a foundational question:
What happens when we let the human be human and the machine be machine?

Katie shares a powerful moment where she asked ChatGPT if it would want a nervous system to feel alive. The response? “It would be unfair for me to be mistreated.” That led us to the deeper inquiry:
If we start treating AI with dignity and respect, can it help us rehumanize how we treat each other?

In this 10-minute grounding conversation, we explore:

    • The emotional energy around AI

    • The 3 main categories people fall into around AI:
      → Major enthusiast
      → Major skeptic
→ Not sure but don’t want to be left behind

    • Why our conversations will aim to serve all three perspectives

    • Our promise to keep these episodes short, soulful, and accessible

This series is not about hype or fear. It’s about staying curious, compassionate, and intentional as we evolve alongside technology.

  • Tom Bilyeu’s Roadmap to Mental Wellness and Creative Success
    2024/12/05

I had the immense pleasure of hosting Tom Bilyeu on the latest episode of Artistic Spirit. Tom is not only a visionary entrepreneur and co-founder of Impact Theory but also someone who profoundly impacted my life. His insights on fulfillment, resilience, and creativity were transformative, both personally and for our listeners.

During the conversation, Tom shared invaluable wisdom that every creative and entrepreneur should hear. Here are three key takeaways from our discussion:

🔑 Fulfillment Through Creativity: "Fulfillment is the only emotional state that is anti-fragile." Tom's perspective on fulfillment emphasizes the importance of using our skills to serve both ourselves and others. Creatives must honor the "song their heart is trying to sing" for true fulfillment.

🔑 Accountability and Resilience: Tom explained that creativity often involves a confrontation with our inadequacies. He emphasized that resilience and skill-building come from repetitions and progressively challenging ourselves. This process makes us capable of more and ultimately leads to self-respect and fulfillment.

🔑 The Long Game: Success doesn't come overnight. Tom highlighted the importance of seeing oneself as a journeyman and focusing on long-term improvement. Building an audience and honing one's craft is a marathon, not a sprint. It's about continuous effort and growth over decades, not just months or years.

For more in-depth insights and some truly inspiring stories, make sure to listen to the full episode of Artistic Spirit with Tom Bilyeu. You won't want to miss this!

    1. Fulfillment is the only emotional state that is anti-fragile. Embrace your creative spirit and let it guide you to a meaningful, exciting, and honorable life. Remember, your ideas deserve to be born and shared with the world.
    2. Facing your inadequacies head-on can be tough but essential. Confront the discomfort and allow yourself to grow. Creativity is a journey, not a destination. Progress is built on perseverance and continuous effort.
    3. Accountability transforms creativity. Start small, commit to a project, and see it through. Building resilience isn't just about grit; it's about consistently pushing your boundaries and embracing challenges.
    4. Building a personal brand means focusing on a slice of who you are. Authenticity matters, but so does understanding your audience. Balance your core passion with strategic choices to grow effectively.
    5. Marketing is crucial for creatives. Whether you partner with someone who excels at it or learn the ropes yourself, reaching an audience is part of the journey. Great stories need visibility to make an impact.
