  • DO THIS FIRST! Before Setting Your Life Goals
    2024/10/19

In this episode, I share the essential first step I take before setting any goals—seeking clarity. Clarity has been the key to achieving my long-term and short-term goals, and here’s why.

    Key Points:
    • Clarity Before Goals
I used to list goals without truly understanding what I wanted. It felt like running a marathon without a finish line. The turning point came when I asked myself: How do I want to see my future self?

    • Defining My Future
I gave myself time to sit down and list what I truly wanted in life. Once I had clarity on my vision, everything else became clear—how to prioritize my actions and make decisions aligned with my goals.

    • Examples of Clarity in Action
For a long, healthy life, I embraced a healthier lifestyle. For more income and family time, I focused on smaller, more profitable projects. Clarity helped me say “no” to projects that would compromise my health and future goals.

    • Why Clarity Matters
Without clarity, you can feel anxious, lose motivation, or procrastinate. But with clarity, your actions align with your goals, helping you avoid bad decisions and stay focused on what truly matters.

    • Final Thoughts
Take time to reflect on what you really want in life. Grab a pen and paper and ask yourself: What do I truly want, and how do I want to see my future self?

Tune in to learn how seeking clarity can transform your goal-setting process!

  • A Day In My Life
    2024/10/12

In this episode, I give a glimpse into my daily routine as a freelancer, highlighting how I balance flexibility, productivity, and personal time.

    Key Points:

    • Morning Routine
I wake up between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m., starting my day with water, meditation, and a quick email check. I prioritize tasks and prepare for the day ahead.

    • Walk and Laundry
Mondays are dedicated to both walks and laundry. My morning walk is a chance for meditation, enjoying nature, and setting a positive tone for the week.

    • Work Prep
After breakfast and some reading, I begin focused work from 9:00 a.m. to noon, with mini breaks for chores or movement to avoid long sitting periods.

    • Midday Break and Afternoon Work
I take a break for lunch around 3:00 p.m. and then resume work, completing tasks while balancing house chores.

    • Evening Unwind
After finishing work, I unwind with jazz music and reading fiction, sometimes ending the day with Netflix or Pinterest browsing.

Freelancing has allowed me to create the life I envisioned—flexible, peaceful, and fulfilling. Tune in to hear how you can structure your own freelancing day!

    Thank you for listening!
