    In our second installment of the AT Student Series we talk with Tristin Gless who is a first year AT student at Michigan State University. Tristin shares her story on how she discovered athletic training and it isn’t your “usual” path of getting injured or having a lot of exposure to athletic training prior to college.


    Tristin shares what she had learned so far, some surprises along the way and the experience of being a female working with male athletes.   • Ep. 184: Izzy Lampre-Discovering Athletic Training…Literally.

    This is our first installment of our ongoing Student Series. Izzy Lampre, a MSAT student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison reached out (Thank You) to share her story of becoming an athletic trainer. It was a highly unique story and it was awesome to get to hear it.


    Izzy came from Australia to swim for the Badgers and in the process had amazing interactions with her athletic trainer and as she worked with them, she discovered what the profession was and that it might be a part of her future. She decided to apply for the MSAT and is graduating this spring. In addition to her school work she is also serving on the NATA Student Leadership committee and getting involved in service. Izzy has a great story and we hope you enjoy it.
