  • From Partying to Procrastination
    2025/05/01

If you’ve ever wondered why you self-sabotage the night before a big task, or can’t stop talking, this one’s for you.

Why do so many of us with ADHD find ourselves stuck in a loop—from wild nights out to last-minute essays, endless scrolling, or non-stop socialising?

In this episode, we unpack how ADHD can drive us to chase stimulation—just to feel something.

But we also we explore real ways to gently shift out of the short-term high and into sustainable calm!
