He has lived in Spain, Boston, St. Maarten in the Caribbean, and now San Diego and started investing remotely in multi-family properties in Wisconsin in 2018. After minor renovations and furnishing, she rented the home doing mid-term rentals while re-designing, completely renovating, and furnishing the carriage house. In 2019, She bought a quadplex and did cosmetic renovations keeping with the same formula of mid-term furnished rentals.
