The Miami Hurricanes have fired defensive coordinator Lance Guidry after the team surrendered at least 30 points six times during the 2024 football season. The Hurricanes gave up 40+ points three times, including their final two games against Syracuse and Iowa State. Head coach Mario Cristobal thanked Guidry for his time at The U and noted Miami’s effort to constantly improve all aspects of their program.
