The BYU Cougars are entering their second week of training camp in Provo and team captain Connor Pay says he has been pleased with the showing from his teammates so far as they chart their course entering their second season in the Big 12 Conference and hope to help elevate Kalani Sitake and the BYU football program to new heights this fall.

Connor explained to Jake Hatch about the early goings of camp and what he's been dealing with health-wise as he works to engineer a bounceback season for the offensive line, which has veterans like Caleb Etienne, Weylin Lapuaho and Brayden Keim alongside Pay as they have adopted TJ Woods' adage to "solve your problems with aggression."

Finally, the show wrapped up with listener questions for Pay as he noted defensive tackle John Nelson has been a tough guy to block in camp along with addressing the trash talk and fights that are endemic to training camp, what Tyler Batty and he like to jaw about, his NFL future, and what he hopes to accomplish in his final season of eligbility this fall in the Big 12.
