Bernie was born in St Lucia and moved to the UK when he was six years old. At sixteen, he left school to work in the post room at BT and since became the Head of Security, Compliance and
Business Continuity working alongside many CEOs, as well as being a core member of Open Reach’s creation in 2006, which now has over 5 billion in revenue and employs nearly 35,000 people.
