  • This is the podcast that that takes you on our journey around the country in a 32 -foot RV with two parents, four kids, and a dog. Throughout our journey we discovered that our views, the local culture, similarities, as well as differences…. our problems and perspectives are all a little bigger on the inside. Throughout the next 8-10 episodes we’ll be taking you on a trip with us as we reflect on the 18 months that our family traveled around continental United States. This isn’t a narrated itinerary of all the things we things we did or a lecture on how to pack up your life and hit the road on an epic road trip…. although we will share some of those specific details on the way. Our aim is to give a broad view of the things we learned, the views that we cultivated, the connections and communities that we developed and the shifts in our worldview that resulted from our experience. In this podcast we explore the tribes we create, the things that shape our worldview, some real-world challenges and random things we’ve experienced while road tripping with young kids. This podcast exists expand the common ground we all share and create community through story and conversations. Our 18-month cross-country trip taught us, and our kids, many many lessons. And even though we’re mostly unpacked and settled back into our stationary life, we’re still unpacking the lessons and experiences that we gathered along the way. We hope you join us for our limited-run podcast…. stories, challenges, problems, who we are as people, what makes for great community…. packed within a 32-foot RV.     HI! We're Justin and Sarah Geissinger, your hosts for Bigger on the Inside: Reflections on Road Tripping Across the USA.
