We enjoyed this meaningful discussion with Araba Ofori-Acquah, healer, DJ, cultural curator and award-winning writer who practices and teaches an African-centered approach to wellness. We discussed how anti-Blackness shows up around the world and within Diasporian communities. We dig into the ways in which anti-blackness has separated us from our roots and traditions specifically around our relationship around African centered wellness.
We had the opportunity to get a sneak peak in the topics discussed in Araba’s new book Return To Source: Unlock The Power Of African-centered Wellness. Coming out April 4th, 2023.
