What is Respect?

We have finally moved into our new studio. Andre Andrew and Chet decided to give the new studio a test run with the discussion on respect. What is Respect, why do we crave Respect, how do we express Respect and how do we earn Respect?

Respect is a deep construct of a human’s self-esteem.

Respect is more than just one thing, there is self-respect, respect for others and the way we treat each other.

This connects to boundaries, trust, love and so much more.

CHANGE IS DIFFICULT

Hey gang.

How many life coaches does it take to change a light bulb? Only one, but the light bulb must want to change….

We kick this off with a bit of light humour because change can be a difficult topic to embrace. Change is both easy and very difficult.

Think about this you've been changing your entire life. From the day you were born right up to now. Even as you're listening to this you're changing. As you breathe you change the air, you extract oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide.

The reality is a human being is a learning and a change machine. If we were not geared for change, then every single little change would be excruciating.

But its not, we are built for change.

Of course, there are a few things that bring discomfort with them and some things are harder to adjust to than others, for sure.

This does not mean that we cannot embrace change.

But why is change so difficult?

Why do we need to develop into World 7 and beyond as soon as possible?

In this grand finale, we tie a bow in this series. There is so much more and so much to discover that this series could be an epic journey for many episodes to come, however, there is so much more I want to talk about and get to that we need to put a pin in this for now.

We already have the solutions to solve at least 80% or even 90% of the world’s problems.

We can even answer the bigger question of: If we have the solutions then why do we not use them?

Because humans are predictably irrational and we are not willing to do what needs to be done.

We need to develop to the next best level of ourselves as fast as we can. If we manage to develop to a point where we leave the old worlds of destruction behind, we can have peace and prosperity…

If we don’t, we are in for a world of hurt, conflict, and violence.

Using a different way to view our problems, perhaps we can propose and implement new solutions.

The current solutions are clearly not working as they are advertised. Why not use a new tool for a new job?

Here, we look at humans and civilization and the bigger picture, because we are too close to the picture, we are soaked in it and it is difficult to dry ourselves off from misguided views.

Hidden amongst these audios are the clues and answers to solve our problem as humans on our one planet…

Instead of being busy complaining and getting nowhere, it is time to get our minds in order and use what works.

We also discover that the solution is way simpler than we first thought and way more complex than we ever imagined.

What is World 6 all about and why could this world be both the savior and the villain?

With humans developing at different stages and times we have gathered in civilizations with totally different world views. With all these different worlds living amongst each other, it has created friction between groups and classes leading to massive destruction and death.

What can you do about this situation?

After seeing South Africa go crazy for four days. The question remains: How is it possible to reasonably explain the destruction and absolute chaos which ensued after a few minor protests.

 It’s easy to make sense of this when we look through a different lens. We look through the developmental model of Claire W. Graves to make sense of this and pose a possible solution before this happens again.

The unfortunate reality is that if we do not do anything, the reoccurrence of this is inevitable. All excuses aside, this is totally preventable.
