From Charles: My professional background is in electrical engineering, specifically antenna design, which is one of several skills I called upon to achieve my entrepreneurial success. I started my first company, Micro-Ant shortly after becoming collateral damage in an acquisition gone terribly wrong.

After many years of trial and tribulation, I eventually navigated the business, and myself, to success by learning the value of personal character and its profound influence upon establishing a prosperous and reputable company. The experiences and lessons acquired during this journey are captured in my recently published book, Lessons My Brothers Taught Me: How to Transform Your Personal Qualities into a Successful Business.
