Her husband told her and he was right.She can work 12 hrs a day but she loves it so much that it doesn't feel like work so you have to understand that living a dream life is not living a perfect life, you have to be very clear because in social media you see perfection everywhere.This was no accident or luck Candice was purposely looking for a career that was fulfilling. Never say never and take the opportunities was the mindset, she did the perfect process without even noticing, getting the knowledge step by step, first the numbers, then the mortgage and finally the real state.What she loves about her job is to be able to help people, sit with them and help them to process what they are going through, is not always the fun transaction, but being there for people is what warms her heart.Money is a big issue in relationships, managing it properly helps create strong families and strong families create strong societies but also in alignment with treating people like people, whatever business you do, is never just a sale.Wanting to be perfect at everything will actually hold you back. Organizacion in Candice´s “weakness” but will not waste any energy dwelling, instead she finds solutions, people to help, even hires out. “We run our house as a team, if you take on all the job then you will be sorry for yourself”, they believe that if you make it as a team, they all adjust, learn and develop the skills, including the kids.Finally, Candice´s advice is that to be able to handle your emotions you have to be true to yourself, avoid listening to the judgment from outsiders. This way she was able to build a relationship where her husband also helps her and is a big part of the team. Planning ahead but being very intentional about the day to not miss opportunities to impact on people, be intentional of being part of the community.About Candice One of the things that really impacted me as a child were my grandparents. They were immigrants on both sides. My mom’s side; they came through WWII as refugees. They had travelled from Europe (former Yugoslavia) with their families. They both experienced having to leave their home; to flee with just the clothes on their backs. As a kid you hear the stories and they leave an impression. I would hear “we’re working hard to give you and your brothers an opportunity.” That’s always been really important to me.
