Cory St. Ewart (@corykinda), UL Alumnus & creator of the Albineaux "AL" Boudreaux Mascot joins the pod. Cory will tell you the real story behind AL, his intentions for AL, and why the narrative coming from local media outlets and Martin Hall are lies. After national media outlets picked up the grassroots campaign to make AL a reality, administrators at UL-Lafayette began their attempt to discredit and embarrass Mr. St. Ewart. Cory, a professional artist, director, writer, editor and current Columbia student (you can find some of his work here: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm14023012/) started his quest to work with the University to create a spirit leader for the youth of Acadiana over two years ago and has been ignored from the beginning. Today, Martin Hall contacted him for the first time: as a "courtesy."
