  • Inauguration and Unbelief
    2025/01/25

Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, reflects on the inauguration of the 47th president of the United States, Donald Trump. He points out the emphasis on godly intervention for the new president that could be seen in the prayers of the religious leaders at the swearing-in ceremony and the comments of the new president. Dr. Hall reminds us that nearly half the voters voted for the Democratic candidate and that they will do everything in their power to become stumbling blocks for the new leadership in our country. He uses the questions asked at the Senate hearings to confirm Pres. Trump’s cabinet nominees and the tone of the liberal anti-Trump press to underline this point. Dr. Hall focuses on the comments of the Episcopal Bishop Marianne Budde at the National Prayer Service to demonstrate how evil and unbelief can even capture churches and religious leaders. Dr. Hall provides an anatomy of unbelief in this podcast and why believers must be prepared to stand up to the blizzard of challenges sweeping down on Christian faith. • The Flood and the Ark
    2025/01/16

Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, and his special guest, Bible scholar John Pitts from the Amelia Plantation Chapel address the global flood and the ark. Scientists, skeptics and even some religious figures find their argument that the biblical story of a worldwide flood is a myth being debunked. The biblical story of the worldwide flood includes not only 40 days and 40 nights of rain but that all the fountains of the great deep were broken open. God was destroying all that he had created except for Noah’s family to eliminate widespread immorality. The fossil graveyards all over the globe appear to be caused by rapid burial that a global flood would cause. An explanation is given about how the sea floors would have risen several thousand feet and then subsided again following the flood. The enormous size of the ark is discussed, and scholars agree that there is plenty of room for 50,000 animals on this vessel. These two scholars both agree that dinosaurs were present on the ark, and how that was possible. The podcast concluded with the assertion that the biblical story of a global flood and an ark to preserve mankind and the animals is true and accurate. • Creation Story and Science
    2025/01/11

Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, and his special guest John Pitts discuss the science behind the creation story in the Bible. These two Bible scholars focus on the Bible’s description of God creating the heavens and earth and man in six days. Some time is spent discussing the timeline of creation and acknowledging that God is outside of time. Einstein’s law of relativity tells us that the flow of time in locations with high gravity and high velocity are actually slower than other locations with lower gravity and lower velocity. Their discussion concludes that perhaps 15 million years in cosmic time would only be six days on earth. The question of how Adam and Eve could populate the entire earth was addressed along with adaptations that have led to multiple races among men. The podcast ends with thanks expressed for the mystery of creation. Can be heard on all podcast search and viewed on YouTube at:

  • Death and Dying in 2025
    2025/01/04

Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, uses the tragic terrorist attack in New Orleans that resulted in 15 deaths and more than 35 others injured to launch a discussion about death and dying. He points out that most research on the fear of death shows no link at all between religion and the fear of dying. He goes through an anthology of quotes from famous religious figures regarding death. Psalm 139:16 reveals that God has numbered our days even before we are born. Dr. Hall makes it clear that God does not want us to be afraid of death and dying. It is acknowledged that it is not abnormal to be afraid of death and dying and that any concerns can be alleviated by thinking about spending eternity with Jesus. He concludes with the biblical promises that when believers die the Angels come to get them and that it’s only a temporary moment before we walk to the other side. Can be seen on YouTube at:
