Sometimes it can feel like we've lost control of a run or our running or our day. Suddenly everything seems to be moving fast... too fast. It's chaotic. It can feel like it's all on fast forward. This episode is how to take back control... release fast forward... and slow down...without slowing down. If you are a coach, an athlete, a teammate, friend, family or supporter then this episode should help when you or someone you care about feels like this crazy running thing is all moving too fast.
