In this episode, I’m breaking down some of the biggest mistakes people make when getting started with peptides. Honestly, it can feel like the wild west out there—so much info, so many opinions, and not a lot of clarity. I’ve been in this space for a while now, and I’ve definitely learned a lot through trial and error. That’s why I always tell people: do your research before jumping into any peptide protocol.
One of the most important things I’ve found is that you have to know your goal before choosing a peptide. Are you trying to lose fat? Sleep better? Boost your focus? Having a clear goal makes it so much easier to pick the right peptide and get results that actually match what you’re aiming for.
I also talk about stacking—what works, what doesn’t, and why randomly combining peptides without understanding how they work can totally backfire. I’ve seen it happen. Dosing is another big one. More isn’t always better, and starting too high or too low can lead to disappointment—or side effects.
At the end of the day, peptides are powerful tools, but they’re not magic. They work best when you’ve already got your basics dialed in—nutrition, sleep, stress, recovery. This episode is all about helping you lay that foundation so you can actually get the most out of your peptide journey.
