    Kate and Michelle are joined by Lynn Gray to discuss her personal experiences with mental health stigma from mental health providers. She reads aloud an article she wrote for Medium and talks about what can be done within the therapist community to start changing perceptions of mental health diagnoses to be more accepting and less damaging to clients.
