    Pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2022, Hadi mendapat penugasan dari Direktur SDM Pegadaian untuk pindah dari Pemimpin Cabang Alas Kanwil Denpasar menjadi ke Pinca Cabang Dompu.

    Di Cabang baru tersebut Hadi akan menghadapi tantangan yang luar bisa. Yakni mendongkrak produktivitas work team yang terindikasi penurunan besar dari OSL: pertumbuhan year-to-date minus 11.56% dan Target RKAP OSL masih kurang IDR 37 miliard.

    Pada tanggal 11 September 2022, Hadi memenuhi undangan Pegadaian Corporate University untuk menghadiri acara Pengenalan Gerakan Gaspol untuk Kanwil Denpasar.
