She is an advisor to executives on strategic leadership influence and helps businesses with M&A integration, from cultural due diligence to organisational implementation. She has 25 years of practical business experience across diverse sectors for governments, NGOs, corporate, healthcare and more recently in oil and gas. She has moderated at several national and international conferences. Nashater has held executive leadership positions within international corporations in strategy, competence & learning roles and leadership development. She holds a doctorate in Psychology from the University of Surrey and trained as an Expert Negotiator at Harvard Law School.
