Paddling progression (and any progression) is NOT LINEAR. This episode really goes into what it's actually like to progress in the sport and how to "move up" in the paddling world. How does your roll progress (and regress)? What are the growing pains you can expect? And how do we mitigate these and overcome them without getting so frustrated we just give up? Listen in. <3
