A physiotherapist and founder of Luna Physiotherapy (Central Coast, NSW), Claire is passionate about women’s health and seeing people reconnect with and re-learn to appreciate their amazing bodies.
Claire has a quiet confidence and groundedness, which makes it easy to feel instantly comfortable in her company. Our chat meandered from the list of questions I had prepared and I’m glad it did. We talk about her very non-linear path to physiotherapy, the insight provided by permaculture, the lessons gifted from having her two children, and like many businesses, how Covid has influenced the direction of her wellness practice.
