    The holiday season is one of my favorite times of the year. I love the food, friends, family, quality time, and wonderful holiday scents. However, the traditional holiday candles, glade plugins, and other synthetic fragrances always give me a headache and brain fog. Not to mention the phthalates and formaldehyde that can be released from cheap candles and air fresheners.
