Licensed Architect and practiced architecture full time for almost 14 years. Quit my full time architecture job as a principle of a firm. Got my RE license in 2 weeks. Made a quick switch into RE 8 years ago. Since then I have sold close to $100M in real estate and have done over 300 transactions. This year alone we will complete 65-70 sides and around $30M in volume. That is mostly being done with myself and a full time executive assistant. I have a book keeper, videographer, and a few agents that I pay to do showings as well. For 2023 we are preparing to expand to another full time assistant and to add agents to the team. I also became a Tom Ferry Coach and do that a few times a week along with running my RE business.
