Being an entrepreneur and director of a casting agency for people with disabilities (visible and invisible) seemed to be a natural fit for Elle Jones Hartman. When her daughter, an aspiring film director became legally blind at the age of 22 as a result of a brain tumor, Elle’s HR/PR background was put to the test.
