And if the company is going to continue growing and I'm going to keep providing the opportunity and the value that I do, then I'm going to have to start building a team.(00:17:25) I think there's two important things. One is to diversify and make sure that you're going about things in a more holistic manner. For example, I tell my solar partners, you've got the solar, have the efficiency, have a few other things that you're really into. Not that you're just throwing sort of into the deal at random, but things that you're really focused on, because when(00:23:31) So I'm trying to empower these guys to be able to do that. And then the other side of it is I'm going to work on Inversify to sort of standardize the solar sale process and make it transparent such that if I'm on the EPC side.(00:28:52) Don't just sell them solar and then we never talk to them again. This is a consumer. We can sell them all kinds of cool stuff over time and so we're going to have a program that sort of does that. And so now solar becomes a residual income opportunity.(00:34:46) Focus on sales. And while it seems so simple, one of the things that I see entrepreneurs make the mistakes all the time is they are blinded by all the fancy lights, right? That, hey, I could spend my money on this, I could get this, I could get this. And all those things probably do have great value, but their problem is they try to do them all on the front end and then suffer because of it.(00:38:44) Take that time to invest in the people around you. It's the best thing that you can do.Social Post:Are you looking for ways to save money and energy? Look no further!
