JR Butler is the Founder & CEO of Shift Group. Shift Group connects former college, pro, and Olympic athletes and military veterans with meaningful employment opportunities at companies looking to minimize new-hire risk.

Their mission is to help athletes and vets transition to the work force and find purpose and passion after their playing days.

JR grew up in Marlboro, MA and played college hockey at Holy Cross before launching a successful sales career with companies Pillir and Turbonomic.
