Hurricane Helene may be out of the headlines, but it's far from over. Tonight, we get to the bottom of what's really going on in Tennessee, North Carolina, and all areas affected with Trevor, a Newport TN local who has been committed to the rescue, recovery, and relief efforts from the very beginning.

The horrors facing thousands in Appalachia serve as yet another reminder that the media is not always to be trusted. In this case, much of America has already abandoned these people because they no longer see it plastered on their TVs or cell phones. However, the effects of Helene are still very much in full tilt, and they will be for years to come.
