Sherman Oaks and Studio City are two of the most desirable places to call home in the San Fernando Valley. Buyers frequently choose Studio City for its trendy eateries along Ventura Blvd and excellent schools. Sherman Oaks, on the other hand, is ideal for those seeking larger properties. It's conveniently located near restaurants on Ventura Blvd and offers easy access to the 101 and 405 freeways for commuting to the west side. Both areas are evolving with new construction homes that appeal to families, young professionals, and LA's discerning clientele who are looking for larger homes at better prices compared to those on the west side of LA.
