Episode 20- Your Stories That Made You- Clarity Catalyst Series, Part 3

  • サマリー

  • In this episode of Confronting Your Chaos, we go through part 3 of the Clarity Catalyst Process, which is the approach that I use with clients to help them determine the narratives that serve them so they can bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

The stories that made you are based on events of your past that shaped who you are today. For example, if you say that you're shy, we dive into figuring why that became your narrative.

Sometimes this steps involves remembering moments that are not pleasant so remember to access medical and professional advice and support if you are taken hostage by remembering your past.
